The builder uses IPEX online payment interface, payments are processed through the New Payment Platform (NPP). You receive funds instantly!
How Much Does IPEX Cost?
IPEX charges a fee of a quarter of one percent or 0.25% for the money paid out to subcontractors & suppliers. i.e. payment to Subcontractors of $1,000.00, IPEX fee is $2.50
Who Pays for IPEX?
The subcontractors & suppliers incur the fee for IPEX service as they reap the benefits of having security of their hard earned money, giving them peace of mind so they can focus on building their business.
IPEX software integrates with a dedicated project trust account to ensure that progress payments are used only to pay approved Sub-Contractors & Suppliers linked to that specific project. IPEX provides Developers with visibility over who has been paid & when, without sharing a Builders’ commercially sensitive information.
Whilst IPEX protects Developer & Sub-Contractor payments, it also helps financially secure Builders to validate their money management practices, differentiating their bid from competitors in the process.
